Our School Boards are being targeted. The Neighborhood Network and other public school advocates are struggling to prevent book banning, maintain truthful curriculum, and prevent religion infusion. Some school districts are already gridlocked or even worse. We desperately need to elect reasonable public school advocates. Can you help?
The Neighborhood Network is conducting a mailing campaign to get out the vote this Fall. Can you address and mail 20 to 30 letters to progressive voters in your neighborhood to help defend our schools and move our school boards toward kinder and more sensible leadership?
Here’s how it works: We will prepare a packet for you and have it ready for pickup at a location near where you live.
The packet includes 20 to 30 letters, envelopes, addresses and stamps if you need them. You take your packet, sign the letters, address the envelopes, and put them in the mail. The letter lets other progressive minded people in your neighborhood know about what we are doing to improve our schools and our communities and how they can help. That’s it.
